Suggest Treatment To Cure Eczema And Impetigo In A Toddler

Hi my daughter is 14 months old and she has suffered with eczema mainly on her arms from being born. Recently she got impetigo in the affected areas i went to see my GP who informed me she has open eczema and she will be prone to this. She has now been on 3 different lots of antibiotics and when the dose is finished within 4 days the impetigo returns, it is leaving her body with little scars and its spreading so fast. could you give me any advice of different treatments and ways i can help with this, it i going to be summer soon and i cant leave her without sleeves as she starts scratching. thank you.
