SIR My mother has been suffering from elephentis in her left leg since long.Also earlier she underwent measure surgery of breast cancer before seven year now she is well.Presently her measure problem is elephentis ,Please guide what is the better treatment and where it can be treated fully and what is the procedure.what is the cost .
