Suggest Treatment To Cure Hair Fall

Hello Doctor,I m having hair fall frequently from December after winter season started, I m not able to find the reason for this, is it because I started taking hot baths or water problem or because of shampoo, please suggest me some remedies' get rid of this..i don't want to get bald Regards asdf
