Suggest Treatment To Delay Periods

my daughter is 14 and going on holiday with her friend and their family she is embarressed about being on her period while she is there as she wont be able to go swimming as she hasnt yet used tampons can she get something from the doctor to delay her period ?? or buy something at a chemist?? thank you
