Suggest Treatment To Get Fair And Smooth Skin

hi doctor,i have oily skin and a darker skin tone which cream do i suppose to use to get a fair and smooth complexion?and also i have pimple marks what shall i do for them?I have dark skin around my mouth what is your suggestion for that sir?please help me to get a good beautiful skin.
