Suggest Treatment To Get Fair Complexion

Hi, I was fair in childhood.but got tannednow.nearly ten tone lesser than before.how can i remove tan without chemica peel or derma session as i am scared of them.i have dry skin and drink lots of water,i apply sunscreen when i am out.which soap or cream can i use to get back my complexion
