Suggest Treatment To Get Normal Periods

I am a 5 foot 2 inch, 19 year old female.About a year ago, I began dieting. I started out at 173, and I am currently 125 pounds. I am happy where I am now, and I have been able to maintain this weight for about a month. 4 months ago, however, I began only having a light period for about a day. That lasted 2 months. The last 2 months I completely skipped my period. For a while I was eating about 1,400 calories a day and I was working out for anywhere between 1 & 2 hours 5 days a week. I realized how harmful this was about a month and a half ago, and I upped my calorie intake to between 1,700 and 2,100 calories a day. In addition, I exercise between 30 & 40 minutes a day and began taking a multi-vitamin. If I continue with this regime, will I get my period back? If not, what should I do? I would like to maintain my current weight and be healthy.
