Suggest Treatment To Get Normal Skin In Vitiligo Patient

sir my name iz fozia im a female and 24 years old i am a vitiligo patient there r white patches in my forehead neck and in my body these r present mainly on my joints knee elbow etc it iz very very chronic but under control neither medicines nor ointments responds infact in2006 dere waz done grafting in my forehead but no respond and i waz in 4th standard whan it happens sir please tel me any procedure so dat i can get my normal skin back
