Suggest Treatment To Get Periods

I must have my periods on 21st to 23rd of october. But it is due by 5 days.. It hadnt happened before.. I get regularly in 28 days. Meanwhile i had sex with my wouldbe.. I am afraid whether i am pregnant. I had Mensovit 3 times a day for 2 days. But even after two days i didnt get any symptoms. I too ate too much of seasame seeds.. But nothing happened.. Can u suggest me wat to be done pls..
