Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Acne On Face

i am 21 & am having acne all over my face since 4 years.... .they sort of come and go.....but each they leave dark spots and each fades taking months.....presently my full face is covered with black spots and i look like hell....plz help clearing them!!!!
