Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Blackspots

Hello Doctor. I had an allergy about 6 weeks ago which made me develop small wounds on my cheeks. The doc gave me a cream which i used and the wounds dissappeared. The problem is that i have been left with blackspots on my face which dont seem to disappear. People think i had a fight with someone. Please help
