Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Chicken Pox Scars

Hello Sir, I am 24 years old and at present I am suffering from chichen pox. The rashes are big and are all over my body, it scares me whether these will leave scars on my whole body or its just my assumptions. The main problem I am facing in on face part because except my eyes areas rashes are all over small rashes seems to go but there are huge one which are getting dark. Just want to know its a good sign or I have to worry??
