Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Lice

I have dealt with lice for about 5-6 years. I do everything it says to do and they always come back. I was told by a friend that had the same problem they only way she got rid of it was by sklice. When you use the product do you have to comb through the hair to get the nits out? Jackie
