Suggest Treatment To Get The Facial Skin Brighter

Hi, I have a very dull skin. The skin on my body is much brighter but my face always looks dull. I tried to use fuller's earth. Will it help me out..? i am using lacto calamine lotion right now and i dont find any improvement. How can i make my skin on face brighter and get even skin tone.
