Suggest Treatment To Heal Peeled Of Skin From Palm

I was twisting something and it was causing great friction and it sorta burned or peeled away a patch of skin in the center of my palm. I ve had bandaids on it for the past two days, and it doesn t hurt as much buts it s really red What s your opinion on this?
