Suggest Treatment To Heal Torn Frenulum

Yesterday my boyfriend and I were having sex and we didn t do forplay and he tore hisfrenulum and I don t know how to take care of it.There was a lot of blood and it tore completely this was the first time that it happened. What methods can we use to help it heal and to prevent this from happening again.
