Suggest Treatment To Improve Moustache Growth?

Dear Doctor,

This is Naga. I am living in Northen Ireland (Belfast) since one month. Earlier i was in India. My moustache & beared is not growing properly now a days, when i was india it was grwoing Ok. Is this Temparature probelm? Do we have any medicens for this?

Can you please help me regarding this problem.
