Suggest Treatment To Increase Size Of Penis And Body Height

i just turned 19 and my penis hasnt grown at all.... i know i hit puberty cuz in 7th grade i was around 5'9 and freshman year i was 6'1. I have not grown at all and neither has my penis. its around 2 inches soft but when erected it hits a little over 6. its kinda think also. My testicles dont hang either. whats wrong?
