hello! doctor i blessed my complexion with ligtbrown can i change it white??? if not why?? and also most dermotologist answer s there is no way to change colourcomplexion where as taking an example of our indian heroins specially named rekha a female actoress use to be in brown colour n now met with fair complexion!! if not possible to improve skin compto lexion how it is possible to her??? and y not to us???
