Suggest Treatment To Lose Abdominal Fat Near The C Section Area

I have 3 sections to deliver my kids. Now I am almost 44 years of age and I notice that I did not have a belly tuck. Now my c aection area is hanging extremely over my panties and I am embarrsed to take off my clothes. Are any suggestions that will help me to lose this portion of the fat. Surgery would be easier, but can't afford it and don't have the down time.
