Suggest Treatment To Prevent Bleeding And Pain From Gashes On The Tongue

Hi there, this evening I was fooling around with my brother and his head came up and hit me in the jaw with a lot of force and cracked 2 of my teeth (the front two) and created 3 gashes on my tounge, one of which is fairly large it is very sensitive and starts bleeding very easily, what should I do for the pain and to keep the cut from bleeding?
