Suggest Treatment To Prevent Miscarriage In Women With Positive ANA

I am 37 and had a recent miscarriage. I have tested positive for anti-nuclear antibodies and anticardiliopim IGM (it was 13). The ANA titer is 1:40. The Anti nuclear antibodies was speckled. I have actually been to two different doctors and each one has said different things to me, so I m asking a third to see. My questions are 1) What should I be doing NOW to prevent a future miscarriage before I get pregnant again? 2) When I become pregnant, which medication would you suggest and which protocol etc and 3) Any other advice to prevent a miscarriage with ANA positive and anticardiolipin ANA? Thank-you for your help!
