Suggest Treatment To Reduce Cholesterol Levels

My mom is having pain last week in heart and after all checkups we found her ldl cholesterol is 182 in range and serum cholesterol is 282. please tell me what we can do for reducing her cholesterol and she is a diabetec patient also. her age is 52 years
