Suggest Treatment To Reduce Scars On Body

i have had this for 3 years and it has slowed down on my belly but its spreading fast on my arms and back. are there any cures that should help im using the tanning bed and that help a little bit but what should i do about the scars it leave behind and how doi get it to stop spreading?
