Suggest Treatment To Reduce Swelling In Liver

diagnosed with fatty liver infiltration and mild liver swelling. Labs do not show any sign of scarring and were good. I was told to exercise, cut back on carbs, and take vitamin E 400iu daily. Is there anything I can do to get on the fast track with reducing liver swelling?
