Suggest Treatment To Regain Normal Skin Tone

Hi last year I went to Dr to treat my weakened hair & the Dr suggested to take 4 months Iron pils to increase my Iron stored in blood to improve hair. My iron storage in blood was low normal & I had no anemia. After taking I noticed skin tanned & with very little sun got exaggerated brown tan which was not my normal pinkish tan I get with few sun. I used to enjoy nice white skin, now I have a light brownish tan which I hate & after reading online found out could be most likely from iron which I took for 5 months last year. Also sadly I found out that excess Iron is stored in body & skin already so no way to get rid of it & get back to my normal white skin color. Any help to get back to my skin color? I m really frustrated & sad as I used to love my skin color which was bright & white, now it s dull & tanned. I cant live my life normally & go to beaches without worrying like before. Above this I didn t feel the iron improved hair much. Please advice what to do to get back to my normal skin color? Or I would stay like this lifelong? My age is turning 34 by this summer. And I stopped Iron last Nivember.
