Suggest Treatment To Regulate BP While Diagnosed With Hypertension

Im 40 years old with a history of hypertension. But havent been able to afford BP meds. My BP today is 147/101 66 pulse african american. Female.5 7 160 pounds. Should i be worried i eat healthy list 45 pounds but my life is stressful as are others in this economy.
