Suggest Treatment To Relieve Intermittent Shoulder And Right Upper Back Pain

Friend on a 4 visit from India has right shoulder pain and right upper back pain. The pain comes and goes but is pretty intense. She is on a pain killer.

She went to the ER and got a shot of of toradol. Doctor mentioned it is not heart related. Would like to find out what are the next steps

a. Physiotherapy

b. Continue pain killer?

c. Trying to avoid CT scan, X-Ray, etc as this will be very expensive

Looking for a solution for the next 2 weeks. She is headed to India in 2 more weeks.
