Suggest Treatment To Relieve Swelling And Pain After Spider Bite

i have been bitten by i believe a spyder in my sleep 3 days ago. swelling is bad right now , tried to work heavy today to get through it. i.m 57 great shape, advil, benidril, spreays etc... anything elce i might do to relieve swelling and pain with out a visit/
