Suggest Treatment To Remove Accessory Breasts In Axilla

i have in my axilla two small accessory breasts . they are there for the past 15 yrs but of late i find their size increasing and sometimes pain i want them to be removed is there any latest surgery and where it is done at chennai iam 47 yrs old female.
