Suggest Treatment To Remove Black Circular Marks On Skin

Hi, I'm 15 and around 55 kgs. I had put a temporary tattoo on but when my parents did not like it, I rubbed it off using a nail file. At first, the skin was very raw and red. Now, however, there a dark brown/black circular mark where I had used the nail file on my skin. I have tried all kinds of creams. What should I go and how long will it take to get rid of the mark?
