Suggest Treatment To Remove Blackheads

i have blackheads problem , basically on nose and chin area since last 7 years, i am 25 year old girl. I did every home remedy to cure it. i never consulted a doctor for it but its high time now. i squeezed the blackhead by my own, becuse of which i got rashes on chin sides. what should i do. please help :'(
