I shaved my face n got ingrown hairs I picked at them and now my they are infected pretty bad I ve tried to keep them clean with peroxide n alchohol n neosporin but they ate getting worse . I feel like my neck is swollen now and tiny dots of puss or some kind of bacteria will come out of all of my pores from my ace to neck arms and checlst area.... I'm worried that it may be sepsis or liver or kidney failure. Should I got to er or should I let it clear up on it's own
