Suggest Treatment To Remove Excessive Body Hair

HI SIR , I am rohit m from mumbai, i am 25 yrs old and have excessive back and chest hair ,i have read laser hair removal treatment is the most effective for my case, so i wanted to know what would be the approx cost for the back hair and chest hair removal, plus i would also like to know if we shave the hair ,will the hair grow more , because ,i don't know if it is a myth or a truth but people say that you shouldn't shave your chest hair or back hair as i t may grow more than it originally was
