Suggest Treatment To Remove Facial Tan

Hi, My face color gets dark when I move to another city (In India) for few days, even though I continue using sun screen 30 SPF all times.Just to mention the temperature is almost same in both the cities.Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to see some specialist.Thanks, Raj
