Suggest Treatment To Remove Hyper Pigmentation Scars On Breast

hi i am 20 now two years back i got some kind of boil on my cleavage and i don remember weather i pricked on them but now they have become into a mark like kind of a skin damage may like a hole i mean uneven skin and looks really bad ...... how do i get rid of them ? and also i have noticed some kind of black spot i mean under my breast line i mean if i press it grows little darker ...but there isn't any kind of pain what is this.its like its from inside the skin my age is 20 height about 5 "2" medical history last year gt typhoid....
