Suggest Treatment To Remove Keloids On Chest

i'm 20 and have two merging 1 maybe 1.5 inch wide and long keolids on my chest from a cat scratch i received whtn i was 8 years old. i've had cortozone injections they flattened them for a period of time but now they have grown back with two smaller ones that formed because of the injections. i'm not trying to get rid of them any longer i just want them to stop hurting. they will randomly began huriting or itching and sometimes other parts of my chest will hurt as well do you have any suggestions?
