Suggest Treatment To Remove Lumps At Entrance Of Vagina

I have fleshy lumps in entrance of vagina almost like skin tags, they Do not hurt but I would like them removed its not very pretty. They have been there for ten years but I am only worried now, when they first appeared I thought they were an std or something so git a test done but I didn't have any std .
