Suggest Treatment To Remove Marks Around Nipple After Gynecomastiac Surgery

Hello. I'm 32yr old male having visible scars around the nipple regions from surgery performed for gynecomastia, when aged 15yrs. There is no growth around that region, however the nipple area seems to be submerged from the chest region. Is there a way this can be corrected ? Also, I long to remove these scars. Please advise.
