Suggest Treatment To Remove Moles From Face

Hello Doctor, My sister is 21 years old. She has a fair skin but there are group of moles(black/dark spots) on both of her chin bones, probably from picking pimples. She has seen many dermatologists but they won't go. Would you please suggest a good treatment for her. Your help is greatly appreciated . Thank you!
