Suggest Treatment To Remove Ovarian Cyst

Hi, I am 34 yrs old I had a chocolate cyst removed surgically from my left ovary in 1999, followed by Zoladex treatment. Now my Doc noticed a blood filled cyst on my right ovary via ultrasound. She is suggesting laparoscopic extraction followed by Zoladex. I do not want to go through this procedure again what are my alternatives? I prefer natural alternatives.. Thanx
