Suggest Treatment To Remove Pimples On Nose

I need help, I have these 3 big pimples on my nose and I WANT TO GET RID OF THEM! THey're so gross, and I think more are coming...please tell me how to get rid of the ones I have (hopefully with basic things at home...)and how to prevent them (something other then just washing your face)
