Suggest Treatment To Remove Post Injury Scar On Face

When I was 7 or 9 years an old swing hit me under my lip and I have a black & blue spot that never went away. I'm Wt years old now and,everyone asked me what happened. It's small but noticable. How can i have it removed without plastic surgery. Hopefully quick and easy.
