Suggest Treatment To Remove Protein From Urine

what over the counter medications will help remove the protein from my urine? I weigh 165lbs. 51yoa and 5'6" tall. I am A black female and have a history of highblood pressure and diabetes in my family. I do not have any of these illnesses. I lost 90 lbs 5 years ago and keep it off by excerising, eating lots of foods with protein but I do drink alcohol. I have to repeat the urinanlysis, so what should I do?
