Suggest Treatment To Remove Scar From A 8 Year Old Child

Hi, This is Shilpa. My daughter is 8 years old and she has a big nail mark on her face. It happened when she had a fight with her sister. I tried mederma for almost 8 months. but there is no improvement. Wouls you please suggest me some solution for removing the scar from her face?
