Suggest Treatment To Remove Scars And Holes On Face

I want my face look younger. My age if 25 but I look like 30. The scars (black spots) and holes on my face should be cured. Recently I have gone to Kaya Skin Clinic. I am shocked that they asked me to pay Rs. 30,000. I cannot affor that much. Please help me to get a dermatoligist (who charges nominal fee) near ameerpet, Hyderabad.
