Suggest Treatment To Remove Skin Pigmentation On Lower Legs

hi, i have a skin pigmentation on my lower legs and a small bit around my mouth and on both sides of my cheek are darker than my face...there is no itchiness however the dark part on my cheek is slightly more irritant than the rest of my face. any way i can get rid of this?
