Suggest Treatment To Remove The Extra Skin On Penis

Sir i have an extra skin just below the head of the pennis. I want to remove it through the surgical procedure and dont know which docter to approach to get it operated. I dont have any issues with the pennis just that i need the extra skin to be removed. Iam currently residing in pune. Can you suggest the place in pune wherein i can get it done.
