Suggest Treatment To Remove The Itchy Pubic Hair

I am 20 and hate my pubic hair. It has started getting thicker since i began to use a razor to get a cleaner feel. What cream do u suggest to make the hair soft/thin/lighter or is there a substitute for hair removal. Also, it itches.. are there any gels tht i cud use to reduce the icthiness after the use of a razor?
