Suggest Treatment To Remove Tiny Flat Moles On Face And Neck

Hi,I am a 22 yr old female. I have tiny flat moles(tiny pinhead like growth) growing on my face and neck. They are black or dark brown in colour. They appear in clusters and do not itch or irritate. Earlier I had a few of them but now it seems to have increased. They are mostly concentrated on the sides of my face near my eyes. Could you please guide me with regards to what it is and how to treat it?
